You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind, and you do not need to give a reason. Email us before posting anything and we will send a return authorisation and the address, normally within 24 hours on business days. From that point you have 14 days of the date we approve your return to send it back. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging with tags attached. Return postage is yours unless the fault was ours.

We inspect every return on arrival and email you the outcome. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, with nothing deducted for restocking or processing. Your bank then needs a further 5-10 business days to post it, which is the part nobody controls. If an item arrived damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we cover the return postage too.

Every order ships tracked. Your number arrives by email the moment the parcel is collected, and you can check it any time on our tracking page. Carriers usually take 1-3 business days to log the first scan, so an empty result straight after dispatch is normal. If nothing moves for 7 business days we will chase it, and if the parcel has not arrived 20 business days after dispatch we treat it as lost and send a replacement or a full refund.

We do not run direct exchanges. If you want a different item, return the original for a refund and place a new order - in practice that reaches you sooner than an exchange would, because the new order ships as soon as you place it rather than waiting on the return.
